About the Role:
BlueVoyant is in search of a skilled and relationship-driven Channel Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic partnerships with channel associates, particularly focusing on Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware alongside Microsoft. This role is pivotal in expanding our channel network across our Managed Security Service Offerings, Digital Risk Protection, and Supply Chain Defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders and field sales teams in Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware to drive mutual revenue growth and attract new clientele.
  2. Execute collaborative lead generation strategies with channel partners throughout Mexico.
  3. Assist all channel partners in Mexico to facilitate partnership programs and support local sales representatives.
  4. Enhance our security co-sell messaging to sellers from Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware, developing joint go-to-market strategies and connecting with our direct sales teams.
  5. Recruit, onboard, and empower sales and technical teams from Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware to stimulate revenue growth across targeted BlueVoyant solutions.
  6. Utilize existing relationships to create and implement new go-to-market initiatives.
  7. Develop measurable business plans to outline partnership objectives and conduct quarterly business reviews with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure pipeline and sales success.
  8. Forge connections with Microsoft SMC and Enterprise Sales teams to amplify security co-sell communications.
  9. Collaborate closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and both field and inside sales teams to create joint selling and demand generation efforts.
  10. Work in tandem with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources (such as collateral, presentations, events, emails, and webinars) to support collaborative initiatives with Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware.
  11. Prepare and deliver regular updates on partnership status and sales performance for executive leadership and program stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  2. Demonstrated success in sales, partnership development, and relationship management.
  3. A strong interest or background in cybersecurity.
  4. Familiarity with M365 is advantageous.
  5. A passion for achieving results.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
  7. Capacity to collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.
  8. Ability to present concepts in both business-friendly and user-friendly terms.
  9. Exhibit ownership of tasks while escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Comprehension of Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware business and sales processes.
  2. Understanding of Microsoft sales processes and security business is beneficial.
  3. Over 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Cybersecurity Sales.
  4. Experience in enabling and expanding sales teams for Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware.
  5. Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk (Supply Chain Defense), and Threat Intelligence solutions is a plus.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and the M365 suite of security solutions is advantageous.
  7. A solid background in security technologies and managed security services.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively with BlueVoyant product, marketing, and sales teams.
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  10. A degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field experience.
  11. Excellent presentation and communication skills to support partnership and internal business requirements.
