Call Center Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to join our team at The Chicago Lighthouse. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of call center agents and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and contribute to our mission of providing opportunities for people who are visually impaired, blind, deaf-blind, or blind with additional disabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Direct oversight of call center agents and their responsibilities
* Provide coaching and training to improve performance and address performance issues
* Establish clear communication with agents and resource availability
* Monitor and evaluate agent performance, making recommendations for improvement
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery
Requirements
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a business setting
* Two years of experience working in a call center or service environment required
* Three years of healthcare experience preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
