Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Team Lead to join our team at The Chicago Lighthouse. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of contact center representatives and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to call center representatives to improve their performance and customer service skills;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of call center representatives and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center;
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required;
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute;
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team;
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications (word and excel);

The estimated salary for this position is $41,000 per year.
