Position: Automotive Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to guide them through their vehicle selection process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Present detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and store policies.
  • Facilitate customer test drives to enhance their decision-making process.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and build strong connections with both existing and potential customers.
  • Utilize store CRM tools to track customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest brand knowledge and certifications.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery to customers.
  • Ensure the showroom and vehicle lot are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Provide comprehensive overviews of vehicle features to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong team player dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Self-driven with the ability to set and meet performance goals.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
