Position Overview
As a Beauty Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their beauty needs, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will serve as both a product expert and a beauty enthusiast, helping clients feel confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them in exploring beauty products.
  • Utilize your extensive product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Demonstrate product usage by applying makeup and other beauty items directly on customers.
  • Maintain organized displays and ensure inventory is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Engage with customers through our clientele program to achieve sales targets and inform them about promotions.
  • Participate in sales events and initiatives to boost overall sales performance.
  • Stay updated with ongoing training and vendor resources to enhance your beauty expertise.
  • Process new merchandise and manage returns efficiently.
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and compliance procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of beauty products and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Proven sales ability and experience in building customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale technology.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Experience in makeup application and beauty consultations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Beauty team to enhance customer experiences.
