Lexus of Edison is seeking dedicated automotive sales specialists to enhance our dynamic team.

With a remarkable growth of 50% in sales volume year over year, our sales department typically concludes operations at 6 PM, and a significant portion of our sales professionals have been part of our family for over five years.

We provide a highly competitive compensation structure that includes low pack fees, volume bonuses, SPIFFS, and finance and insurance incentives. While experience with Lexus or Toyota is advantageous, we encourage individuals with a solid employment history and a proven record of achievement in the automotive sector to reach out for a confidential discussion.

Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of the Sales Specialist is to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The responsibilities typically include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while achieving dealership sales targets.
  • Utilizing the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (Dealer Socket) to track all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and consulting with them to understand their requirements.
  • Presenting vehicle options that align with each customer's expressed needs and demonstrating benefits during test drives.
  • Following up on all post-sale activities.
  • Generating new business through prospecting, following up on internet inquiries, and educating potential customers about Lexus offerings.
  • As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you should be a proactive individual with a strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
