Job Summary

Morguard is a leading real estate company with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting various forms of revenue from tenants, as well as performing data input and reporting functions for a specified portfolio of retail properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of collecting revenue and managing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect rent and other forms of revenue from tenants
  • Perform data input and reporting functions for a specified portfolio of retail properties
  • Coordinate with tenants to resolve rent-related issues
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate revenue collection
  • Assist with budgeting and reforecasting processes to project future revenues

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Commerce, Business Administration, etc.)
  • 2 years of relevant real estate experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Intermediate to advanced working skills in MS Office applications
