Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Representative to join our team at Surgical Care Affiliates. The successful candidate will provide support to our facility by performing various business office functions, including medical records, credentialing, admissions, accounts payable, billing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medical records and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Coordinate credentialing and privileging for healthcare professionals
  • Assist with admissions and intake processes, including patient registration and scheduling
  • Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely billing and collections
  • Provide administrative support to the business office team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a business office or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
