**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our President/CEO on strategic initiatives and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide administrative support to the President/CEO, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
• Support executive management functions, including preparing minutes and maintaining reports
• Process expense reports and manage individual health plans
• Manage corporate travel and develop relationships with local hotels
• Assist with facilities management and company social events

**Requirements & Skills**

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience
• Fluent in English
• Additional skills in accounting, human resources, or marketing a plus
