Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Palm Beach HVAC Company. As the backbone of our office, you will provide essential support to our employees and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communications, scheduling, and data entry to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Finance Manager with accounting tasks, including accounts payable, payroll, and month-end activities.
  • Compile and generate detailed reports on call volume, leads, sales performance, and agreement renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephones and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Perform general office duties with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
