Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at NEW WORLD BEAUTY INC. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by closing hot leads and generating new sales opportunities in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Presentation and Sales: Present and sell our beauty products to new and existing customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and features of our products.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities, utilizing your knowledge of the cosmetics industry and our products.
  • Sales Performance and Targets: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of sales performance and contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, owners, managers, and buyers, building trust and credibility through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Sales Materials and Support: Create and present sales materials to customers, providing support and guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry or a related field.
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationships.
  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiation and Time Management Skills: Strong negotiation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
