Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at United 1 Protection. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Clean Background: Must have a clean background and be willing to undergo a background check.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Licensing: Must be willing to study and take the state exam for a license.
