The Sr. Account Executive, Connectivity Product Sales is responsible for selling T-Mobile's 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio, including Hybrid and Private Networks, MEC, Fixed Wireless Solutions, and SD Edge capabilities. This role requires working with existing accounts and prospecting new business relationships to drive connectivity product revenue for T-Mobile. As an experienced sales professional, you'll need to possess a deep understanding of the marketplace, competitive landscape, and customer requirements for connectivity products.

This position involves collaborating with companies to implement new business initiatives that drive strategic revenue and realize cost savings by leveraging identified products. You'll be responsible for opportunity and account planning, identifying new opportunities, managing your sales funnel, accurately forecasting your business, and closing new deals. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong negotiation skills, experience in deal negotiation up to the C-level, and a consultative selling approach.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or Technology, a minimum of 4-7 years of B2B sales experience with high-tech sales, and at least 4 years of experience selling complex product solutions as a lead salesperson or customer-facing Solutions Engineer. Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and executive presence are also essential for this role.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Selling T-Mobile's 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio to existing and new customers
  • Collaborating with companies to implement new business initiatives that drive strategic revenue and cost savings
  • Managing your sales funnel and accurately forecasting your business
  • Closing new deals through negotiation and partnership-building
