Our extensive experience has established us as the preferred choice for bark, soil, and rock, offering a variety of delivery methods including blown-in, conveyed, dump delivery, and retail pick-up.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Sales Consultant to assist our clientele throughout their purchasing journey. This role involves engaging with customers, providing detailed quotes, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups. You will also collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of quoted services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively present and sell our products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers.
- Achieve designated sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Schedule follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of ongoing developments.
- Develop sales materials for customer presentations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (seasonal)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $23.00
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- 401(k) matching up to 4%.
- Medical benefits with the employer covering half of the standard plan, including vision, dental, and life insurance.
