Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Crain Automotive Team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Present and sell our products and services to new and existing customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Prospect and contact potential customers to build relationships and generate new sales leads.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM platforms, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
