Job Title: Enterprise Sales Representative

Ritter Communications is a leading telecommunications provider serving the Mid-South region, offering a range of services including broadband fiber, telecom, video, cloud, and data center solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier business executives and community leaders
  • Provide consultative sales approach to customers, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze business trends to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry, operations, technology, and equipment
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple work assignments, and self-supervise
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and business contacts
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
