Job Overview

4 Star General Contracting, Inc. is a leading commercial roofing company seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Commercial Roofing, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Perform roof inspections to assess damage and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Secure account contracts to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support
  • Support customers with insurance claims and general contracting needs
Requirements
  • Outside sales experience required
  • Personable, goal-oriented, sales-driven, self-motivated individual
  • Ability to climb a ladder and walk on roofs
  • Willingness to network and prospect for new leads
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Professional presentation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills

Work Environment

The work environment for this role will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on building relationships with customers and driving sales growth. The Sales Representative will be required to travel daily for roofing inspections and customer meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Business development experience preferred
  • Door-to-door sales experience required
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Lead generation experience required
  • B2B sales experience preferred
