About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by actively managing client accounts. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure client satisfaction and provide leadership to our Client Service Associates. Your strong business acumen and dedication to service will enable you to create depth in our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded, fully insured, and level-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates.
  • Utilize Gallagher's resources and tools to create effective client deliverables.
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, with a focus on retention and meeting our 95% renewal target.
  • Resolve service-related issues independently and know when to elevate concerns to other client service team members, consultants, and/or practice area consultants for more targeted responses.
  • Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop client presentations.
  • Cross-solve with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher that we may not currently provide.
  • Guide and support new hires and account associates.
  • Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, including a Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
