Job Title: Sales Manager for New Customer Acquisition B2B

As a Sales Manager at Oceanic Solutions, you will be responsible for building and expanding our customer base in Germany and potentially other European countries. Your primary goal is to inspire customers for our IT products and components, making a significant contribution to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for acquiring new customers and expanding your existing customer base.
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored offers to drive long-term customer loyalty.
  • Sell IT products (hardware and software) in the B2B sector, focusing on competent and independent customer consultation.
  • Manage customer relationships, including creating offers, price negotiations, order processing, and service acceptance.
Requirements:
  • Initial professional experience in active B2B sales, preferably with IT products.
  • Strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and negotiation skills.
  • Vocational training or a degree in a relevant field.
  • Ambition and a goal-oriented work style.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional foreign language skills are advantageous.
