Key Responsibilities- Market Opportunity Identification: Recognize and capitalize on market opportunities through client leads and sales of Winston's services, focusing on Pop-Up and Retail Store development.
- Lead Development and Follow-up: Research potential leads, attend events, and leverage social media and marketing to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain and develop a flow of communication between the Creative, Merchandising, and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive and timely deliverables.
- Client Management: Interface with clients to schedule, invoice, and manage budgets, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Sales Presentation and Pitch Decks: Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and maintain consistent sales presentation pitch decks, maximizing the effectiveness of presentations.
- Education: 4-year degree in Marketing, General Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years in a leadership role at retail or wholesale, within the creative/visual department.
- Skills: Experience with process, design, and management capabilities, budget management, retail math, and business analysis.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent relationship-building skills, business acumen, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $115,000 - $130,000.
