As a Sales Director at Oceanic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by independently building and expanding your customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and support your customers in their adoption of our IT products and components, thereby making a significant contribution to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the independent acquisition of new customers and the development of your own customer base in Germany, as well as potentially in other European countries.
  • You will aim to foster long-term customer loyalty by understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • You will actively sell IT products (hardware and software) in the B2B sector, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth.
  • You will provide competent and independent customer consultation, serving as the primary point of contact for your customer base.
  • You will be responsible for creating offers, negotiating prices, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • You should have prior experience in active (B2B) sales, preferably with IT products.
  • You should possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and negotiation skills.
  • You should have completed vocational training or a degree.
  • You should be characterized by ambition and a goal-oriented work style.
  • You should have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional foreign language skills are advantageous.
