Key Responsibilities- Build and Manage B2B Business: You will be at the forefront of building our B2B business from scratch, identifying and pitching new business opportunities to employers, hospitality groups, and other relevant sectors.

- Business Development Experience: You should have 8-15 years of experience working in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, demonstrating your expertise in driving growth and forging meaningful business relationships.
- Strong Communication Skills: You have a natural ability to craft and communicate compelling business narratives, deeply understanding the goals and objectives of prospects and leading the sales process accordingly.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Your skill set includes strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating abilities, with a consultative sales approach centered around providing tailored business solutions.
- Self-Starter: As a self-starter, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and can effectively work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
