Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at AFS Logistics. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire multimodal/multiservice opportunities.
  • Cold calling, networking, and lead generation to identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Presentation and demonstration of AFS's value proposition to prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of transportation industry experience in multiple modes.
  • 3+ years of business development experience with third-party or contract logistics.
  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.

Working Conditions:

This position requires full-time travel and may involve long hours working on a computer.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
