Job Overview

Aerus of Houston is a renowned industry leader in creating healthy environments and providing reliable lifetime service. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in our Spring, TX office.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Qualification and Management: Prospect new sales leads by making initial phone or email contact, engage the account, and prepare them for the Account Executive. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of our products.
  2. Account Management: Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads, create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between new clients and Account Executives.
  3. Customer Support: Answer calls and emails from clients, identify issues, and suggest future or new products/services.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred) or previous relevant experience.
  2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  3. Experience with CRM software.
  4. Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  5. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
