Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team at IMI Precision Engineering. This is a remote-based position, with the primary focus on achieving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships across the Upper NorthEast territory.

About the Role

The Senior Territory Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, working towards achieving sales budget goals, and objectives with assigned distribution partners. The primary focus of account development is capturing or increasing market share, with an emphasis on growth versus maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans that demonstrate an understanding of products, assigned territories, and key accounts.
  • Directly accountable for new account acquisitions and revenue/market share gains with existing Channel Partners.
  • Supervise and manage the regions field application engineer and a distributor support specialist.
  • Maintain accurate and complete account data within the company CRM system relative to opportunity, forecasts, milestone dates, and other information as required by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ~3+ years of technical and/or commercial sales experience or combination of the following:
  • ~3+ years of outside industrial sales experience
  • ~3+ years of inside sales or technical support & application
  • ~ International Fluid Power Society Certification, preferred
