Job Opportunity

Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, training, and quality assurance initiatives. Your expertise in project coordination, program implementation, and training will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, training, and quality assurance initiatives
  • Develop and implement training plans and materials
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Supervise project staff and provide technical assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with community-based providers, schools, and other initiative partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Assist with grant/contract applications and reporting
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project coordination, program implementation, and training
  • Knowledge of implementation science and quality improvement strategies
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and child/youth behavioral health
  • Experience with data management and analysis
What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $68,000-$73,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. A generous benefit package is also provided.
