Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate.

This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and clients
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless execution of group and special corporate directives
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor and client information

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
