Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and clients
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless execution of group and special corporate directives
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
- Maintain accurate records of vendor and client information
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales and revenue growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and results-driven
