Job Summary:

At Aerotek, we're seeking individuals who are driven, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing business with existing accounts, and working directly with recruiting and support functions to nurture our client and contractor relationships.

You'll experience a dynamic and competitive work environment that's driven by healthy competition and a deep commitment to teamwork.

Our Sales and Account Managers are expected to develop themselves and others in our feedback-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth through account acquisition and expansion
  • Identify target accounts and execute business development strategy
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with key decision makers and influencers
  • Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms
  • Drive growth by expanding current account relationships
  • Partner with clients to strategically advise on hiring strategies and seek feedback to optimize performance
  • Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality talent
  • Proactively market resumes of ideal candidates
  • Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
    • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $65,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management functions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience through work or school activities
  • Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
