  • Perform instructional systems design tasks, including analyzing, designing, and developing creative and innovative learning solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of overall management experience, to include supervising teams.
  • Ability to develop across a variety of media modalities.
  • Ability to conduct quality reviews on the team's instructional design work products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Experience in a consultative role.
  • Demonstrated tactical planning and critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Excellent organization skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Business Management, or related field.
