Position Overview

Resurgent Capital Services is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. This role will report to the Senior Business Partner of Human Resources and will provide comprehensive support throughout the employee life-cycle, from recruitment to separation across various departments within the organization.

This position is designed as a developmental opportunity, preparing the incumbent for future HR Business Partner roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may vary, focusing primarily on either Talent Acquisition or Employee Relations. The core duties may evolve during the tenure in this role.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (consideration for prior HR experience in lieu of degree)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • General understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruitment and hiring
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering an approachable environment for employees
  • Proficient administrative skills with a focus on technology to enhance efficiency and maintain accurate records
  • Attention to detail and effective time management capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to interruptions and shifting priorities while providing necessary support
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Capability to present information effectively to various audiences
