Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leadership, the Senior HR Generalist is accountable for the daily execution of Human Resources initiatives, programs, and strategies (communication, onboarding, integration, talent management) within their designated area.
  • Work in partnership with the HR Business Partner on strategic HR projects that may encompass Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Onboarding, and Recruitment.
  • Proactively address employee issues, leading and coordinating necessary investigations.
  • Collaborate with leaders and HR colleagues to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Manage all unemployment claims, FMLA, and Leave of Absences accurately and promptly.
  • Handle and maintain all workers' compensation claims in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about Federal, State, and local regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional consideration for:
  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with UKG systems.
