About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Specialist to join our team at Webhelp. As a Partner Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Customer Retention and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing customer relationships, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Collaborate with sales teams to achieve defined metrics, ensuring the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners.
  • Provide Accurate Sales Forecasts: Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Conduct Consultative Reviews and Health Checks: Analyze business needs and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Channel Health: Ensure high satisfaction levels among channel partners, continuously evaluating and improving the channel experience.
  • Manage Channel Escalations: Coordinate resolution of channel escalations, maintaining communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with channel partners to share best practices and communicate channel programs and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Ensure Value Visibility: Share insights with clients to demonstrate value and drive proactive engagement on key projects.
  • Develop and Deliver Training: Create and deliver training to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to improve sales processes and drive business growth.
  • Maintain CRM Hygiene: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or sales capacity, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, with certifications in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft programs, with experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
