The IT Business Partner role is a key position within the Aero Business Transformation organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining all IT capabilities needed to transform and perform on future contracts, as well as driving the roadmap and value reporting for transformational capabilities. This position involves leading a small team to collaborate with the Line of Business to implement strategic business and technology strategies. The candidate will work with various teams to meet business priorities, risks, and opportunities, and deliver business value through transformational capabilities.

Requirements:
