Job Overview

Red Knight Solutions, LLC is currently in search of a Technical Support Specialist based in Sunnyvale, CA.

This position offers a long-term potential for conversion to a full-time role. The compensation for this role is $20.00 (W2), with a typical conversion period of around 6 months.

The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing issues related to the maintenance and repair of various technology products commonly found in an end-user computing setting.

The ideal applicant MUST POSSESS a minimum of 3 years of experience in executing both basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair tasks, typically found in an end-user environment, which includes but is not limited to PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to designated VIP clients.
  • Respond to change management requests, including the installation of new PC equipment and delivering end-user deskside support.
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities.
  • Carry out all assigned deskside support tasks.
  • Exhibit exceptional technical and professional service skills consistently.
  • Achieve established customer satisfaction levels and other operational metrics as outlined in the guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair time estimates, and repair status.
  • Understand and adhere to all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain all necessary OEM Certifications as directed by management.
  • Possess 3+ years of experience with relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Have a solid understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • A+ certification is preferred.
