Position Summary

Job Title: Technical Customer Specialist

Reporting Line: Regional Service Manager

Work Location: San Jose

This position requires considerable travel, whether by vehicle or air, within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated medical devices.
  • Overseeing operations in San Jose and its neighboring regions.
  • Delivering customer education on equipment functionality and upkeep.
  • Serving as a primary liaison between Lumenis and its clientele.
  • Addressing technical challenges through informed decision-making and established protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both analog and digital electronic circuits.
  • Familiarity with laser technology and optical systems is advantageous.
  • A degree in electronics or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Preferred coursework in Laser Technology and Optics.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-focused mindset.
