Campus Support Specialist

Position Overview:
BASIS Independent Silicon Valley is currently seeking a qualified Campus Support Specialist to provide essential support services to our faculty and staff. This role is integral to maintaining the vibrant academic community we strive to cultivate.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise student activities during designated times, including lunch and before/after school programs.
2. Execute clerical tasks as required to assist school operations.
3. Manage large groups of students effectively and authoritatively.
4. Ensure punctuality and reliability in all responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma and valid fingerprint clearance are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.
