Key Responsibilities:
1. **Floor Maintenance:** Conduct vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
2. **Surface Cleaning:** Perform dusting, sanitizing, and window cleaning.
3. **Waste Management:** Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
4. **Basic Repairs:** Handle light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies.

Qualifications:
- Previous custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Successful completion of a drug test is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
