Job Overview

Position Title: Technical Support Engineer

Employment Type: Contract, 12+ months

Location: Hybrid

Compensation: $45/hr. to $55/hr. W2

Role Summary:

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network troubleshooting and programming languages, particularly Java, with the ability to interpret code effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct network diagnostics and resolve technical issues.
  2. Utilize Java programming skills to assist in troubleshooting.
  3. Engage with databases to manage client data effectively.
  4. Provide customer-facing support, requiring excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Language Proficiency:

Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for facilitating internal and external communications with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in post-sales technical support from reputable organizations, or hold positions such as Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or Software Development Engineer (SDE).
