About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the HVAC dehumidification products market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
  • Conduct meetings with building owners, contractors, and engineers to educate them on the value proposition of our products.
  • Manage a book of business of approximately $1 million in revenue annually.
  • Utilize a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Develop sales strategies for specific markets and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region to present product solutions and build relationships with customers.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
