Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Residence Inn Ohare/Rosemont. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing sales through effective account management, prospecting, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College coursework in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
