Position Overview

Vaccine Requirement: This role is essential for managing incoming requests at the Phoenix Configuration Center for the VoIP phone initiative, which aims to transition administrative facilities to VoIP technology. Responsibilities include processing orders, resolving discrepancies with the ECS team, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone regarding support, processing, and request procedures while providing updates on system status.
  • Document and manage daily and weekly orders, relay information to team members, and upload data to the Enterprise Configuration Services platform.
  • Track inquiries, repair, and service requests, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation to technical teams, while monitoring client satisfaction.
  • Report unresolved issues to senior staff and management, highlighting procedural challenges.
  • Monitor PAC 2000, WANDA, and shared email queues for incoming requests, prioritizing them effectively throughout the day.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or high school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in general administrative tasks, package tracking, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with asset management is advantageous.
  • Ability to keep management informed of ongoing status updates.
  • Experience with WANDA and PAC 2000 systems is a plus.
