  • Collaborating with clients and IT teams to document and communicate the progress of conversion projects, addressing issues, technical requirements, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Tracking task completion related to client system connectivity, vendor interfaces, file exchanges, operational readiness, integration, configuration, and testing.
  • Serving as a technical liaison among architecture, engineering, operations, and development teams.
  • Assisting the technical team in resolving issues through your technical expertise and insightful questioning.
  • Managing cross-functional projects utilizing various technologies, including Windows or Linux operating systems, virtualization, distributed computing hardware, network technologies, active directory, SAN storage solutions, messaging software, and disaster recovery services.
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress by tracking, reviewing, and presenting updates to stakeholders, including risk management and action item tracking.
  • Preparing for and leading project team meetings, including creating and distributing agendas and meeting notes.
  • Supporting the Delivery Director in various tasks, such as identifying and implementing process improvements, reviewing candidate resumes, participating in interviews, onboarding new team members, and collaborating with the PMO to explore best practices and emerging project management trends.

  • Confidence in leading small to medium-sized project teams and meetings.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio).
