The Role:

As an Intake Specialist at Paul Davis Restoration, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience. Your dedication to active listening, empathy, and care will be essential in crafting a smooth journey for our esteemed clients. Your proficient management of job files will guarantee accurate and thorough documentation, enabling our committed teams to swiftly and professionally meet customer needs.

Being the initial point of contact for our clients, your outstanding customer service abilities will shine as you create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Your genuine passion for helping others will leave a positive impression and build trust in our services. Additionally, you will be a key participant in our after-hours on-call rotation, ensuring prompt responses and steadfast support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Represent Paul Davis Restoration professionally as the first point of contact through various communication channels, ensuring that exceptional service is consistently delivered to our clients.
  • New Loss Intake: Accurately intake new losses, develop comprehensive job files, and efficiently assign necessary team members to guarantee timely and extraordinary service delivery.
  • After Hours Intake: Engage in the on-call rotation to communicate with clients, intake new jobs, and dispatch the after-hours team as needed, ensuring clients receive timely assistance even outside regular hours.
  • Customer Feedback: Collaborate in managing customer feedback surveys, online reviews, and social media interactions, effectively tracking feedback and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Associate's degree (2-year) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Adhere to the core values, vision, and mission of Paul Davis.
  • Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, empathy, and exceptional communication skills in all interactions.
  • Willingness to participate in the after-hours rotation for job intake and dispatching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs.
  • Open to receiving training, coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.
