This is a FULL-TIME position with options for REMOTE or IN-OFFICE work. Initially, the selected candidate will work in the office for the first two months, after which remote work may be an option.

Compensation:

$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Intake Conversations: Engage in intake calls with clients, showcasing a passion for meaningful dialogue over the phone. Collect relevant information with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
  • Arrange Quality Consultations: Schedule consultations, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to establish rapport and ensure comfort in discussing personal and financial matters.
  • Empower Clients: Focus on empowering clients rather than rescuing them, offering support and guidance while respecting their autonomy and decision-making process.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous approach, ensuring accuracy and completeness in client records, intake forms, and appointment scheduling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize technical skills and/or demonstrate a willingness to learn systems for effectively managing client information, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
  • Intuition and Insight: Apply intuitive thinking to anticipate client needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Lead Outreach Efforts: Conduct outreach to potential clients, engaging them with charm and professionalism to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Support Educational Events: Assist in organizing seminars and webinars, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm while engaging with participants and providing necessary administrative support.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls and maintain effective communication.
  • Experience working with the elderly, their families, and caregivers is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, actively seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills to better serve clients and support the team.
  • Familiarity with modern office equipment and proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrated follow-through on commitments made during client interactions, ensuring timely fulfillment of promises.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for addressing client needs and making a positive impact.
  • High emotional intelligence during client interactions, with the ability to navigate sensitive discussions with compassion and clarity.
  • Prior experience in customer service or inbound sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma; additional education or training is a plus.

In-office Requirements:

  • Business attire is required.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds from floor to overhead.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance coverage are necessary.
  • A current Notary Public license is required or the ability to obtain one.

Remote Position Requirements:

  • Individuals must be capable of working independently without constant supervision.
  • A stable internet connection is essential for effective communication and productivity.
  • A dedicated workspace ensuring privacy and confidentiality is necessary.
  • This position requires a U.S.-based location.
