- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with management, Associates, and customers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $17.28 to $17.78 per hour.
