Client Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations at the Front Desk Include:
- Greet all pilots and customers upon arrival or departure from the facility.
- Ensure security protocols for ramp access are followed.
- Process fuel and service requests efficiently.
- Confirm that all service requests are fulfilled.
- Close service orders, including processing payments via credit card, cash, or check.
- Understand and apply Wilson Air Center’s discount policies and pricing structures.
- Arrange rental vehicles, hotel bookings, and catering services for pilots, flight crews, and customers.
- Receive customer requests through various channels, including online, phone, and airinc.
- Verify details in the FBO Manager system upon customer arrival or departure.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Oversee the courtesy bar, ensuring coffee, tea, and supplies are consistently available.
- Uphold a professional atmosphere, including appearance and demeanor.
- Perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Assist with promotional giveaways.
- Stay informed about local events, dining options, accommodations, and directions.
Carry out additional tasks as directed by management or specified by location.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs from floor to waist level or higher on a regular basis; able to perform repetitive motions, including bending, standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, and twisting for extended periods. Adequate vision is necessary to perform essential job functions safely; ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear protection, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility clothing when required. This role involves working in an airport setting with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, necessitating the ability to endure extreme weather conditions and temperature variations.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old; possess a high school diploma or GED; hold a valid driver's license; successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screenings; and clear an extensive 10-year background check. Candidates should be people-oriented, highly motivated, and maintain a positive attitude; comply with company policies; work efficiently under pressure; and be available for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods, attend mandatory training sessions, have computer proficiency, and possess basic math skills for calculations. Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking) is required. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is necessary, with face-to-face interaction and prior FBO experience preferred.
