KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage with clients on technical issues and project topics from inception to completion.
  • Deliver program/project timelines and progress updates.
  • Develop functional specifications, requirements, and/or scopes to guide implementation decisions for products, services, and/or projects.
  • Supply technical and/or analytical insights to Product Managers as necessary.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and budget-compliant program completion.
  • May oversee project management activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 4 years in the relevant field.
  • Education or Certifications: No formal degree is necessary for eligibility.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates lacking the required skill sets will not qualify for this position.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: The preferred candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master (a significant advantage), coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Performance Metrics: Evaluation will be based on work quality and partner satisfaction.
Essential Skills Required + Experience:
  • At least 2-4 years of experience with Azure DevOPS or comparable work tracking tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience utilizing spreadsheets and documents within work tracking systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
