Job Title: Behavioral Health Specialist

As a Behavioral Health Specialist at The Emily Program, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their recovery journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating therapy groups, including skills groups, self-monitoring groups, and experiential activity groups
  • Providing therapeutic support during meals and snacks
  • Maintaining a recovery-oriented environment
  • Supporting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder
  • Participating in treatment team meetings and seeking supervision when needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a mental health-related field
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
  • Previous direct mental health experience preferred
