Job Description

Pacific Program Management (PPM) is a leading provider of project management and real estate services. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager I to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to close-out. This will involve developing and managing project scope, schedule, and budget, as well as coordinating with internal teams and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field. They will be proficient in MS Office Suite and other data management software, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Project Manager I will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to close-out
  • Developing and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinating with internal teams and vendor partners
  • Providing measurable and timely response to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns
  • Communicating directly with clients to define project goals and provide reports on project status and variances
  • Identifying project resources from pre-qualified lists, conducting request for proposals, and completing bid analysis for approval
  • Developing and leading a project team of key stakeholders, internal team members, and vendor partners to meet the deliverables of the project
  • Conducting onsite field audits before, during, and after completion of project
  • Developing and maintaining complete knowledge of vendor processes, deliverables, service, and material capabilities
  • Overseeing project administrative processes and maintaining accurate project documentation files in a timely manner
  • Facilitating project meetings and ensuring that all meetings are accurately documented, and meeting minutes are distributed
  • Assessing, managing, and reporting out on project risks, issues, and resolutions to project management leadership and other necessary partners

The Project Manager I will work closely with the internal team that focuses on business development, and will participate in vendor meetings and cross-trainings as assigned by project management leadership.
