Position Overview:
As an integral member of the Supply Chain Security team, you will oversee policy implementation and process enhancement across all lines of business within the Department of the Navy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategies and methodologies to effectively execute assignments, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Act as a representative for the Department of the Navy, advocating for Supply Chain Security initiatives to senior leadership both internally and externally.
- Create and manage schedules for all Supply Chain Security activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and support to stakeholders.

- Oversee the CFIUS process, ensuring that the interests of the Department of the Navy are safeguarded through comprehensive policy and assessment efforts.
- Conduct thorough assessments of vendors, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with technical leads to understand system configurations, assess risks throughout the lifecycle, and protect sensitive Supply Chain Security data.

Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and suitable for federal employment.
- Participation in the direct deposit pay program is required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is mandatory, with random testing thereafter.

Education and Experience:
- A professional engineering degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Specialized experience in managing technical requirements across multiple engineering disciplines, specifically in security engineering and logistics support for complex systems.

Additional Information:
- This position may involve travel to various locations, including remote sites.
- Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area is required within established timeframes.
